You will not think your way out of a bond. You will bore it to death with no contact, new hours, and a body that sleeps. Love leftover is not a sign you should go back. Still loving them is allowed. Using that love as a reason to stay in their audience is optional. Get the feed out of your phone. Tell the friends who report on them to stop. Grief needs a hallway, not a peephole. You can miss them and still choose a life they do not get to watch.
